Easy to hold
Mug fits the hand well and is easy to drink out of without spilling on yourself. Keeps hot drinks warm for a long time. Haven't put hot water in to heat mug before adding coffee but I think it would keep the coffee much warmer for a longer period of time. I use it in my deer stand and it works great. I tipped it over and nothing leaked out.

Tens pads
I was a little skeptical about these but they are every bit as good as the original ones that came with the unit.

Easy to use
The product is cut to the correct length and in easy to access packaging. When first installed it does a great job, but performance goes down as it begins to wear down and doesn't last as long as I would like.
