  Took a little more time for it to be posted out so if it had been for a bday gift it wouldn’t have arrived on time other than that was quick to answer and when finally posted it came quick

  Item was posted late then got lost in the post, ignored my first and last email, I requested a refund which still hasn't been made. I would advise to AVOID as very bad customer service and simply doesn't care.
