The perfect wrap
I was given these years ago by a friend who knew I had wrist issues. Fast forward years later, I'm still wearing them because I love the way they feel when I workout and the support they offer, then my 2 year old son takes a liking to them. I opted to buy another pair and let him use his Papa's "wrist wrappers", and couldn't be happier. I didn't realize how crusty and old my other ones were until I put the new ones on. I want to buy several more pairs, but these lasted so long I don't know if I need to.

Cloud Walking
I absolutely freaking love these shoes. As an avid minimalist shoe user, I have found it almost impossible to find a shoe with 0mm drop soles and a snug fit. As soon as they arrived, I laced up, grabbed my dog and took off for a run around the block. I felt light as a feather and like I was running on air. These shoes are good if you want to teach yourself how to run lightly and align it to your body's natural gait. Awesome purchase, would buy again in a heartbeat.

Simplicity is Complexity
It's a simple book, but don't let that mislead you. If you study the basic concepts behind all the principles, you'll see there is a world of exploration waiting for you. Pavel's "grease the groove" concept completely changed the way that I look at exercise, and I can say firsthand that doing more quality work while staying as fresh as possible has led to MASSIVE strength gains for me and my clients. Here in the West we tend to think that you always need to destroy your body to make it a good workout, that the way you measure "gains" is by adding more weight or reps. Folks, quality over quantity. Quality builds quantity. Happy training.
