excellent bargain
4 von 5 finden das hilfreich Who needs more than 6 megapixel? Very few people. You can print up to 20*30cm with sharp photos from this camera.
The D40 won't let you down even after years of use. At least mine didn't, and I've seen several cameras of other brands which do after a few years.
Successors of the D40 (D40x, D60, D3000, D3100) have nothing more substantial to offer except more resolution (which most of us don't need), pointless added AF points (why should the camera know better than you where you want to focus?), badly implemented video (on the D3100, as all SLRs). The only worthwhile upgrade may be the addition of VR on the newer kit lens.
Ergonomics on the D40 haven't changed on the recent models, the camera feels good and substantial for this price range. Large, nice-to-press buttons give it a quality feel.

Sehr gut
Leise, Wasserstrom genügend stark und regulierbar.
Leider ist das Filtermassevolumen etwas wenig.
