Just normal earplugs in a packet with a guitar on.

No use at all for listening to anything, block far too much sound. Great for getting a good night's sleep not for listening to music.

Cheap but good quality.

Fits well, din adapter is just about a perfect fit. Iso connector to convert the Ford also works well. Be warned though for some reason my 08 Edge spec Mondeo did not have a switched live wired to it's stock plug which meant I had to bring it in from the loom near the gearstick (purple wire).

Cheap timing kit.

This job is a must have for the 1.8TDCI. Works well, all seem good quality. Only thing which was a pain in the cam locking tool is very tight and too long so it is hard to get into place without moving the fuel filter bracket out the way. I might cut it down if I do the job again.
