  seller used stock photo to sell his movie. if he used the actual photo of what he was selling, i would have some knowledge as the sticker was not in the stock photo. the sticker read for use only with hd/dvd players and drives. nothing in description giving a beware for this dvd. he got smart with me. did not answer my second and third email. mistake on my part. use actual photo when selling so problems won't happen, and ruin your day!

  I did use a stock photo, but the item was clearly marked HD DVD. I explained that HD DVDs do not play on regular DVD players as politely as possible before issuing a complete refund. I didn't respond to any further emails after the refund because I felt the customer was being unreasonable.
