Best long johns you can get for the $
You can spend more than 10X as much for some designer long johns, but they will not keep you warmer than these. Best buy out there, by far.

Old school reliability.
After getting flashed by auto-darkening helmets and losing time and productivity, I went back to this style. No more flashes. You just have to learn to flip the helmet down, which is a pain, but no more getting flashed.

Invicta 0490 - Minimum Diver

1) Titanium. Solid Ti band and case. Light, strong and gives the best corrosion resistance.
2) Face. Right at the borderline of maximum size, but still wearable. Good lume and hour markers. Easy to see at a glance in less than perfect light. Date function works and is easily visible with the magnifier.
3) Bezel. Solid clicks. Just the right amount of detent to resist turning accidentally but can still be turned deliberately. Nice, big numbering.
4) Band. Clasp is functional and secure. Links are comfortable.
5) Price. Hard to find a titanium diver much cheaper than this.
Mediocre:
1) Looks. Cheesy polished bezel edges and center band links. Natural grey titanium finish would look MUCH better. High polish has a cheap, chrome look.
2) Movement. Auto-winding is sluggish. Takes a lot of agitation to wind and will stop if not shaken enough or wound manually. Assembled in Malaysia, it will take time to determine if it is reliable.
Bad:
Looks are subjective. Some people will describe the cheap looking polished parts as bad. I don't think it looks that bad. I really can't find anything about this watch that I would describe as bad. For the price, it is a good value.
