Never had a dock, never knew the convenience.
I need ethernet for work RDP to work well, plus a DP cable to my external monitor. And all the other accessories. In all, probably 7 or 8 different cables to unhook if I want to take my laptop to the couch. The dock does the unhooking for me with a press of a single button. Neat-o. And since I have a bunch of spare AC adapters, I just move between places without moving the power source. Can't beat this, especially at this price.

Great upgrade on the cheap.
A noticeable bump in performance on my T61 going from the T7300. Performed benchmarks before and upgrade
