Great water leakage/usage monitor
It detects small water leak and alert you. My mom sometime forgot to turn off the water and let the water runs for hours. After I installed this, in less than a week, I caught my mom forgot to turn off the water twice!
It is very easy to install and works perfectly on day one.

DSC PG9984P Motion Detector
It uses IR and radar to detect motions, greatly reduce false motion detection. The battery lasts a long time and it alerts you when the battery is running low.
