basic and functional and well priced. tried to busk it without proper tool, failed, this made it easy and was cheap, don't see it getting used again anytime soon but at the price it doesn't matter. happy with purchase.

only used on the lowest setting so far. used by the wife who suffers with aching shoulders. the warmth this provides helps a lot. replaced a wheat bag that needed micro waving every 20 mins. this has a cut out after 90 mins and is better because it doesn't smell of whats been cooked in the microwave. very happy with purchase.
