Bad batteries
Laptops would shut down on battery power unexpectedly. Charges up but when you are on battery power the laptops just shut down at random times. All ten of the batteries that I bought will not work. Computers work perfectly with the genuine Dell batteries but these will have random shutdowns when on battery power.
