Hi, I just received this phone note4 and its definitely NOT NEW as advertised, it was used and for quiet some times, (sprint tells me) it has dirt at around the perimeter of the screen especially on the bottom. I was ok to get a phone that was NEW with no box or sim card but a used phone that someone else used its not what I wanted.
