Good value for money
It's three generation older than today's iPads, but still works like a dream.
It doesn't have the latest CPU, nor the RAM of the newest, but works fine.
If you don't need fingerprint authentification, don't need heavy video workloads or demanding graphical games, you'll find out a decent money/performance value.
