Switch solved my problem.

Good or Not?
It was the right part. Draws the right amperage. Was quiet the first week or so, but now is making a noise that may not be so good. Only time will tell. Hope I won't have to replace it.

Okay Product
This product was OK for the cost. cost = good. Con is the shaft is to short. Most garden spotlights have shafts that are a little longer, and that makes them better to position in garden.
