Noticed little difference
I would recommend if you're really focus on growing. It didn't work for me, however, I presume the effects would've been much greater if I stretched.
2 stars because I felt taller, but this could be purely a placebo effect. It made no physical change.

Black Pro Mister for pennies - with a slight catch!
I was doubtful the filter was going to be subtle. I had thought it would be too strong of an effect. Happily, I'm wrong. The skin is beautifully rendered, especially with a sharp lens like Sigma 18-35mm. Highlight bloom to give a filmic look, and paired with S-Log2 on my Sony A6500, I'm getting Arri Alexa highlight roll offs.
HOWEVER, with brief testing, I've noticed the pattern on the filter in blown out highlights in the background, which for me doesn't mean anything, as I perceive to create character with my image. So, if you're not looking for that aesthetic look, it may distract you and so I wouldn't recomend it to you.
To the people who want the 'shot on film' look, for such a minimal cost but to great effect, THIS FILTER IS HIGHLY RECOMENDABLE!!!! (Even with the mesh bokeh ball in the blown out highlights, what's to lose at such a low cost).

Cinema Camera worthy with a gym membership
I would highly recommend the product, especially if you're working with heavier camera payloads. It takes up to 6.5KG without the additional power pack thing Zhiyun sell. Loved using it and really adds production quality. The only downside is the weight. Alone, the gimbal has a noticeable weight, add on a camera and you'll feel the burn very quickly! I would highly recommend getting a stabilizer grip or something so you can leave the tripod feet in the flat position- because you don't want to be faffing with this for too long. Otherwise, a great professional ready gimbal.
