Fountain Pen Friendly, Nope!
I've tried this paper with over 6 pens and inks after hearing good things about it! It feathers like crazy! Do not recommend! The paper is very smooth though and may be good for non-fountain pens

Very poorly built and requires a full setup
Where do I begin! Even when the mandolin arrived “new,” the first flaw that gathered my attention was the terribly poor finish and build quality. Near the F scroll, barely finished and poorly cut. Frets are very sharp, fretboard already pitting and dry. Tuners have no lubricant and as cheap as the rest of it. Strings need to be replaced, but nothing tuned up to key. Intonation all over the place. Sharp over an entire half step at first frets, nut needed filing dramatically... bridge poor contact, action so high you can almost fit your finger beneath the string. Bridge needs sanding. Very poor sound as well, even after a slew of painful adjustments . You are better off throwing your money away at this price point or putting it towards a functional mandolin at a higher price. A lesson that cost me just over $100
