I deserved the negative review. I take 100% responsibility for the events that led up to this situation. I am, as my entire history shows, a huge advocate for exceeding expectations. To me, anything less that 100% is a failure. There were reasons, on my part, that this happened but at the end of the day I did not offer 100% service. I have reached out to the buyer and gave him my personal apologies, which he accepted.

Great company
I was a little apprehensive about buying refurbished anything but they have a good warranty so I thought I'd give it a try. I was very happy once they i received them - they looked and function as new. I put them side by side with the new set I have and I couldn't tell any difference. I would use this company again when I get 2 more sets for the rear seat passenger headsets.
