very clear but volume does not go loud enough for noisy locations
great unit but with the volume at maximum still only good if very quiet like inside, anywhere noisy like a work site or on the street with traffic noise almost useless

this book is great and indepth information regarding cash flow positive property strategy, there are some holes especially around figures used but the steps and strategy are clear. Not the be all and not a strategy you would follow or adopt by it self but could be used in combination to make a complete property investment strategy. some great ideas and info

pointless product serves no purpose
this product did not cushion or massage the feet. In fact it was like walking on lumps tried it for 2 weeks wearing for 8 hours per day, was like walking on lumps
