Excellent until it falls so far so good
A very nice and useful accessory that is nice until it falls but provided you look after your stuff there is no reason why it should not last a year or so.. With 2 buttons per pack it should be fine.

Excellent wide angle lens with exceptional value for money.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The lens might a bit but the performance are still up to date, I use a D7100 rated at 24 MPx and when the light is beautiful this lens renders a resolution of 17 to 18 MPx. The autofocus is fast and even if I had to adjust the focus in camera, I am more than satisfied with the results I get. I have started to print a few pictures to check my result and very satisfied. The focal range 12-24 on an APS C sensor provides a full frame equivalent 18-36 and such, this makes this lens perfect for landscape and street photography. The constant aperture at f4 is fast enough to be used for candid portraits. The manual focus ring, though unusual is pleasant and easy to use an the construction of the lens is encased in a solid metallic unlike most of the plasticy DX lenses that are being churned by most manufacturers today. Overall, I am very impressed most of those are rarely present at this price, therefore this lens is an excellent value for money acquisition. For the price I think it is very difficult to find a better wide angle lens for DX Nikon body.
