Beautiful, clean
Love the bag, it's goes with everything, plenty of room but not bulky. Seller was great!

Hardware is tarnishing/ plating coming off.
I'm very disappointed because this was one of my most anticipated bags. Once received, I noticed the hardware was very bad. Begs the question if it is authentic because Coach is very particular about these things. Never encountered it before and was heartbroken as a collector, appreciator of the brand. It was highly anticipated and it's beautiful besides that. And it was NOT mentioned in description.
