  Pretty beat up, missing charger cable. Packed well, arrived quickly and came with insurance therefore exchanged by Apple with no fuss. Had to pay for a new cable. Great communication I was worried about taking over insurance. All went well. Good seller. Thanks

  Do NOT recommend this seller. I've ordered and paid, and then got a message if I could send a proof of my address, because of a high value of the item (Apple MacBook Pro 16inch). When I asked what kind I proof he needs my order was already canceled and danielplym100 asked my to do a transfer to his bank account if I want to still buy it. I think this is a scam! Happily I found someone else the next day, who I could buy a MacBook from.

  Sorry Karolina Wielocha, you are a new ebay user with only 2 feedback and with an unconfirmed address, I cannot risk to send a two thousand pounds device to you without address confirmation, maybe you are genuine maybe you are not, but you refused to send proof of address so I believe I made the right decision in cancelling this order 😊
