Plasma Torch Consumables for Esab PT27 Torch
Though the Nozzles and Electrodes had the appearance of being of the same quality as a batch that I had purchased from a US supplier the reality was far different when I began using them . Utilizing the exact same amperage settings and airflow parameters as I normally do the nozzle orfices eroded almost immediately producing an erratic arc and poor cut quality. I went thru five nozzles in less then a half an hour of cutting . I normally wouldn't burn up that many in a whole week even cutting up scrap. I was disappointed , I had really high hopes . The price was right but the quality wasn't . I am back to paying ten times as much for the name brand ones :( .
