pretty good deal
sturdy enough for my 250lb 6'4" special kid.he watches his phone on the shelf and i set the timer. the computer could be easier but is helpful,. shows pulse, distance, timer, speed, instructions were easy and had diagrams. it also included some basic workout routines. nice seat, good starter home workout machine.
