  Hi there, I have 2 DC35 Dysons. I fitted the first battery and as soon as I installed it, it caught fire. I fitted the second battery to the other unit and it doesn't work. I tried it with both chargers and still it doesn't work. Can you please offer some advice. I appreciate the super fast delivery but now I have 2 Dysons that dont work and have wasted the money on the batteries. A quick reply would be appreciated.
