Not worth it

Pkg arrived in good condition and quickly - I actually bought 2 - one for me and one for my son who also has a neck injury. Luckily , they were under 18.00 each - so I didn't waste too much money. Pain to put together, you need two people to get hooked into it - once you figure it out. Directions were useless, the chin strap does not want to stay where it should (to be hooked up)- the bag of water is a pain -and where do you store it till the next time? So, you dump it all out and have to start all over again . Does it help my neck? Nope -could barely feel it stretching or pulling my neck. So - save your money!
