The Firm Total body...Great
This is a great workout tape. I have owned it many times and I keep giving it to friends and buying more for myself. I have owned it for many years and still keep on using it. The only problem I have with it is at times the movements are a bit too fast while using hand weights. So if you are starting out make sure you use light weight at first or slow down on the movements so you do not strain any muscles. All in all...you will build a strong heart, great muscles and a sexy body using this tape.
