Great gloves for dry metal work.
These gloves work great for sheet metal fab, tig welding, mig fit up/tack, and most other dry shop tasks like cutting, grinding and finishing metals. Using them on a wet saw or allowing them to get oily will decrease the life span of the fingers. But cutting the fingers off once they've been used and abused isn't the end for these gloves. If worn with nitrile gloves underneath for maximum grip and dexterity for walking the cup and easily feeding filler rod. You can wear them as fingerless gloves for a better grip on most anything around the shi.

Works just as described
I have 2 oil rubbed bronze lamps in my 7 month old son's bedroom/nursery. The cold blue color of the led bulbs and harshness of the compact florescents were hard on both of our eyes while changing diapers and feeding the baby in the middle of the night. Easy fix was to wire in-line hi/low rotary switches and use soft orange led Edison bulbs with amber colored glass under lamp shades. Very happy with the results.

Strongest ball end hex I've used so far
I'm a maintenance tech and use these hex wrenches daily. I've broken, bent, and twisted countless allen wrenches in the past. I usually use a non-speed extended reach hex to get at those hard to reach set screws on old bearings and such, because the ball ends tend to "snap-off" easily. Not these tho. I've broken several rusty set screws loose with the ball end of these wrenches and even with a cheater bar, the ball end stays intact and the screw breaks free before the long end of the wrench starts to twist. Very tough allen wrenches. I'd highly recommend them.
