Bulky machine, bland coffee
Very weak crema - regardless of bean selection and grind size.
The grinder spills coffee all over the worktop.
The milk warmer always makes foamy milk (I prefer hot or warm milk without 'texture').

Works adequately but appears flimsy and cheaply manufactured
Very flimsy construction, doesn't compare with quality manufacturers. Price wasn't too bad, but freebie giveaways should have been a warning. We have several rooms to do, expecting to repeat annually, so I fell for the company's "better than rental" line.
First indications are that the machine performs quite well. My concern is its durability - it appears very flimsy, so I expect the little plastic latches and connectors won't last very long.
