Good item wrong size
Pros ; looks good , similar to the one I currently have , quality good
Cons ; it's bigger that it looks , does not fit anywhere
over all I'll most likely use it as a present as I can't use it

would NOT recommend it to use at this point
The problems are that item were missing making very hard to use which brings me to the biggest issue very bad instructions for the hot glue puller and no instructions for the metal body rods as in which one to use on what type of dent .
