Practical and nostalgic
I remember sitting next to my Papa as he cracked pecans on one of these devices. He had arthritis, so he'd do the cracking and I'd do the cleaning. This nut cracker is not only a piece of nostalgia for me, but it is also the best way I know to crack pecans and easily get perfect halves. It's loud and it's, messy, but it works great!
