No English dub or subtitles, THIS VERSION IS STRICTLY JAPANESE. But if you know the basic plot, it’s a blast anyway!

Instant Classic!
Best horror movie killer in years. This is a low budget B movie that doesn’t feel cheap because it is well filmed and dripping with atmosphere. The acting isn’t bad either. The killer, Art the Clown, is a revelation. This is the first clown I’ve ever seen that is actually scary. His look is fantastic. The looks he gives, the way he moves-truly terrifyinging. This is the kind of character you see once and just hope that this becomes a franchise so you can see a lot more of him. And this movie includes one particular kill that you just won’t believe. Never seen anything like it! Lots of gore, good suspense, a really fun flick!
