It works.
Although it needs grinding to clear the water pump less than a 1/16 th inch but a lack in casting.

Sloppy bushing
Purchased to tighten exhaust valve on 147432 briggs original measured out .0055” went through book procedure and pressed in new bushing and had.007” clearance. Now have to pull a brand new bushing and ruin it purchase blank guide material and make my own bushing that is in the .003” clearance range

It's ok
Some of the components weren't up to good quality. The o ring groove for the intermediate shaft is not machined for the size of o ring that was shipped the spacers in between the bearings in the intermediate gear are to large for the gear and the output housing gasket was cut wrong. So it has issue for a 1000$ but I hope the gears are up to snuff.
