  Seller was flexible, efficient in communication, and did an excellent job packing my tv. Arrived safe and sound unlike most of the horror stories youll hear ordering tv's online. Seller went above and beyond for me with shipping. The tv is just as clean as the photos! Very happy to have worked with this seller. I would recommend them to anyone.   Ok, where do I start? The seller is amazing. I paid for shipping and since it didn't cost as much as anticipated the seller refunded the difference without issue. The packaging was very deliberate in procteing the item. The item arrived as described and in good condition. Based on this customer service I would definitely purchase from this seller again

  Despite seller's testing of the unit, when I received it, it didn't perform properly. Seller was very helpful in trying to diagnose the issue. When I was unable to resolve it, seller agreed to refund my payment. I rate this seller very high due to his assistance, integrity and willingness to satisfy me. I would do business with this seller again without hesitation.

  Unit appears to be fully functional and a fair price but seller did not disclose that SIM card closure door latch was broken in the description. Shipping was very slow and unit was very dirty.
