I tried to explain it to this person that I was not aware of such a thing since the phone was not network locked. I asked for the IMEI number to try to remedy the situation by calling Spectrum myself. Buyer was not cooperative and rudely stated that I should have had the information. This Buyer is rude and not cooperative and I tried all I could to remedy the issue. Don't buy from me again.
