Not worth it
Ok for punching small round pills out of blister packs, but useless for larger caplets or capsules. Most caplets (such as basic paracetamol) that i managed to get out either broke in half or disintegrated altogether.
Every week, to sort out my medication for the whole week, I have to punch out 126 various tablets and capsules, and I have arthritic fingers. Thought this pill puncher would help but it has not.
