Easy to use door hinge tool
With several doors to change over to hidden hinges, this tool was excellent. Saved me from myself...Accurately allowed me to install the hinges. Easy to follow instructions come with the package.

Thermostat with better control
This thermostat replaced a 20 yr old thermostat. Has better control day by day and for night and day time temps. Also has the ability to control your house temp remotely. Great deal on eBay. Couldn’t find it at this price anywhere else.
