If they're cheap, go ahead

I'd certainly not have bought these at the original higher price, as they're not worth it. At the discount price they are cheap enough and it fits the value/feel. A cheap lot of ratchet straps as spares for higher priced versions, they look ok but the ratchet's have a cheap feel to them and the straps also don't feel as thick/strong feel to them.

A good secure lock

A good hitchlock for straight frame hitches. This lock is weighty and offers good protection for the hitch & towball. The locking mechanism is nicely hidden away to make it difficult to remove, and the locking pins are also well positioned to make it a strong shape. The metal is nice and thick, so a lot of force would be needed to bend/break anything and there are no leverage points to force it open. A good deterrent for sure, but also good security unless someone is really determined - they'll find a way

It's no snake oil

Too early to say yet if it has an impact on fuel economy, but I'll say that the car feels more responsive. The bottle is a bit fiddly to do but it works. The stuff stinks! So if you spill it on yourself, or clothes it's takes a few days to go. So don't keep an open bottle in the car!
