1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought this for my 3 yar-old daughter who is just learning to tap...The DVD is a bit on the slow/boring side for her but offers good step-by-step instruction...didn't really keep my daughter's attention though

One of my favorites
I have been working out at home with Leslie Sansone videos for a few years now. I recently purchased this one and I'm glad I did. I find it more challenging than many others and love that there's a few segments of toning with a firm band and some boot camp style circuits. Music is fun and upbeat. I feel like I've got a great workout in after this video. Roughly and hour and 15 if you do warm-up through cool down.
