Never had a smartphone, was looking for something cheap and basic to get me going, a few years old would be fine, won't be used a huge amount. This was advertised as 'box opened - never used'. Except, that wasn't true. This phone has definitely been used, evidenced by all the downloaded stuff. And it's been used A LOT, judging by the battery's lack of charge retention - 51% and then it's dead. So really not as advertised. But it actually suits my needs though, so I'm content. 'New Other' not.
