engrossing series set on Greek island, young man's search for his estranged lover encounters a mysterious boat off the coast inhibited by vampires--apparently lgbt vampires. Realistic art and dialogue, strong characterization, atmospheric.

read what I wrote above. Nice House By the Lake
Very complex storyline with a couple dozen characters. I reread each issue just before I read the next month's issue to reconnect me with where the plot is. A combination of horror/science fiction set in a apparently? post apocalyptic world where only the occupants of the nice house by the sea and the nice house by the lake are left. But now they are finally becoming aware of the existence of each other and what final fate may await them.

The ad for A Christmas Carol vhs colorized is incorrectly listed as 1988, but the film is actually from 1938. Perhaps it was colorized in 1988 but that's not when the film was made.
