A great Mead yeast
A great Mead yeast which feeds on the honey very well. It thrives on honey and yields pretty high percentage at about 18. Can be pushed further with some wit and tlc. Lees are compact and the yeast clears itself well. For those who want to impregnate a wooden stirring stick this yeast takes to it as well as baker's yeast. Store in fridge or freezer, bring to room temp them pitch. Instructions on the back of each packet.

Getting it done
This trial tube is described exactly. It's not super duty but this thing can last a long time with care and she gets the job done! If you are frugal and just want the bare bones this product is for you. The price is right and the product is useful. The plastic is very clear.
