Excellent camera which takes HIGH QUALITY pictures.

Like: 12X optical zoom fast turn-on to first-shot speed. Image quality (excellent) Scene modes & face recognition work well Intelligent mode (auto select parameters) size (easily pocket-able) printed manual comes with! uses SDHC cards (up to 32GB) Cons: unusual (proprietary) USB cable req.for direct camera= PC downloading. Yet ANOTHER battery type to keep track of. Although video quality is good= excellent, options somewhat limited. Bought a factory refurb. All told, I'm satisfied. The ZS1 is a great, pocket-able, camera which takes superb pictures. (this is my 3rd Lumix). I'm able to control all aspects if I want, or I can just let its auto mode make the best overall decisions for me (when I just "don't want to mess with it.") Lotta' bang-for-the-buck!!

Long-time mini 4 user, happy with faster processor speed

Love its size, portability, and power. Proven design with proven features. Much increased processing speed over Mini 4. Ideal upgrade from my iPad Mini 4 to maintain iOS compatibility longer in the future.
