  The hot creams were received; however, all four items were expired, making them unsuitable for gifting. I ordered four items: one for myself and three to give as gifts. I contacted the company, and they informed me that I could return them, but I would likely incur deductions for taxes and shipping. Therefore, I have decided to keep the items instead of gifting them. It is quite unfortunate that many companies today do not disclose important information, such as expiration dates

We never indicated or charged any fees for returning expired products. We strive for transparency, and I’m sorry for any confusion.
