NOT compatible with my printer ML-2165W
Bought this item at a great price. Seems an authentic toner. but it does NOT work. Spent almost the whole afternoon trying to figure out why my printer doesn't print...always receive an error message: toner not compatible. I watched many videos and read blogs, still couldn't figure out how to fix it. Requesting a return now. what a waste of time!!!
