  This rattlesnake mug like the one used on the Craig Ferguson late late TV show looks GREAT. Communication was great too. I was most impressed by the throughout packaging of the mug, which saved it from breakage. The seller placed a smaller box containing the mug inside a larger box, and both boxes had plenty of protective material like bubble wrap and paper. The shipping box arrived with one corner completely crushed because of poor handling by the carrier. But the packaging protected it.
