  Poor seller who doesnt complete transaction when he feels the sale $$ went lower than the possible value. He then tells you to go to ebay to get a refund, because he is not sending the item to you. I tried explaining that there were other ways to sell, where possible value could be assured, but that he posted as a standard auction. I also said he will get very poor feedback unless he completes and sends the item, but he said he is willing to accept that. Poor way to start as a seller on Ebay
