Hebrew-Greek Key Word Study Bible-NASB: Key Insights Into God's Word

Very helpful version…would do 5 stars but…

I’ve been studying and looking up the original language meaning for some time and thought this would add to my knowledge and help me to spend more time with Jesus. It is great for that but I was sorely disappointed that some of the important words are not numbered and I still have to research them on my own which is fine it makes me do some work which God is most definetly worth I didn’t realize it had the definitions in the back for the numbered Greek and Hebrew words and was looking them up still til last week So this is very nice So for example Luke 11:23 He who is not with me is against me and he who does not gather with me scatters. None of the words are labeled for definition I want to know precisely what Jesus means by gather So I look up the meaning in Hebrew and it is 4863 So I go to the back of this heavy thick and nicely put together Bible and the definition is to receive with hospitality and to protect. To gather and lead together. The book is very well put together I have ordered and bought no less than thirty to forty bibles the last seven years and this is Definetly one of my favorites Plus it has plenty of room for note taking in the margins Some of the key points are very excellent Others are seemingly a waste of space I could’ve written something more profound in but it is good to be reminded of basics and fundamental things For example one footnote states that in verse 10 of same chapter that God isn’t telling us we can just demand our wants to be delivered I think anyone who’s actually reading this book should know that but some people don’t I guess And think He is Santa Claus to deliver all their hearts wishes and keep every struggle from their life Ppl really think that is why Christians are supposed to be real nice is because God saves them from all their trouble and lavishes them in gifts Then when the opposition comes… they realize they signed up for combat and the peace and kindness were the gifts those Christians had to endure and learn to accept and utilize while they’re warring evil on a daily basis
