Beautiful natural crystal
Beautiful optically clear except about 1/4 inch at one end which appeared as smoky quartz, adding to the overall natural effect. The size was large and accurately portrayed in the picture. No chips or cracks; an excellent crystal.

Great product
Plugged it in, filled it with water and in a few hours had enough ice for a week.

Light weight yet functional, compact for portability. Versatile; can be used as shovel, pick or both.
I like the small and compact size, folding into the bag. It is surprisingly effective in digging for disposal or clearing for a cooking fire. The threads on the handle are a little slack and not easily connected on the first twist.
