False advertising, Since I don't remember ever buying anything New that first had to be repaired before it could be used. Ebay Will be stepping in to deal with him after wasting my time and Money. He opened the boxes to find that the batteries expanded (easily remedied).This is normal behavior for cell phone batteries that have sat for some time. This buyer is a wrong and got his way because Ebay, in their not so infinite wisdom, found for him. His opening the factory sealed boxes reduced the value of the phones and I would rather take the loss than deal with this miscreant.

Nice Addition to My Songbook Collection
It's an excellent adjunct to Rise Up Singing. We use it regularly in our online song circle.

Once I learned that I needed to press the buttons harder, the remote was easy to set up and it works flawlessly.

Fine if you don't true quick release
Quite solid construction. Looks to be very durable.
Three stars due to the quick release NOT being quick. It uses a spring loaded mechanism that I find difficult and awkward.
