Better audio
A lot of reviews have been written on this product. It simply has a better audion quality than the last generation. Everything else is the same. I have both generations.

Wast of money
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich Why? Why pay good money for a manual on a device that can totally install itself. I have several of the Echo Dot and never had an issue with the install.

Unlocked isn't always unlocked
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Phone funtions great. The only draw back is the terminology used for a unlocked phone. It can make calls on other networks that support the phone ,but most of the features are disabled when used on a network that is not the original issued.
For example, It has 4G support on Verizon as the original network, but only 3G on AT&T.
Other issues come up on texts with photo's that are attached. I tried multiple time to get these resolved , but AT&T could not help because of the code that is buried in the phone from Verizon.
If I had to do it over again, I would never use a phone from one Network on another Network.
Bottom line, limited feature use.
